The Altamonte Springs Rotary Club is part of a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders founded in 1905 committed to providing humanitarian service, high ethical standards in business, and creating global goodwill. The Taste of Altamonte was a project begun in 1992 with the goal of returning the funds raised to charities in our local community. It has grown to be a premier event and continues to grow each year. This year take a stroll around Cranes Roost Lake while sampling "tastes" from community restaurants including international coffees, barbecue, ribs, chicken, seafood, and other international flares from Mexican to Chinese.

Jazz Jams Uptown, a free WLOQ concert series in it's sixth season! All shows are held at Crane’s Roost Park at Uptown Altamonte in Altamonte Springs. This outdoor concert series happens one Saturday each month, May through August!

Join us this summer as we feature some of best WLOQ artists in performance absolutely free! This year we have an incredible lineup.

B.K. Jackson is a young, energetic, saxophone sensation from Tampa, Florida. B.K. is an exceptional musician and has been electrifying audiences in Central Florida for several years. B.K. first performed at the age of 11, and has received numerous awards for his talents. He was voted as the 2007 Tampa Bay Entertainer of the Year (First Annual Black Diamond Award) and was the 2007 NAACP ACT-SO (Afro Academic Technological Scientific Olympics) Gold Medal Winner in the Music Instrumental/Contemporary Category. On June 6, 2008, B.K. (the youngest person ever selected as a finalist) won the fifth annual 2008 Capital Jazz Festival Challenge in Columbia, Maryland. Come out and enjoy a great night. GoWaiter North Orlando and EA Sports Hosted an Event today. EA Sports in Maitland gave us the go ahead to set up and give away Free Food that was supplied by some of the Incredible Restaurants we Deliver for. It was really cool seeing all the Awesome people who work really hard to bring us games like Madden, NCAA & Tiger Woods Golf just to name a few.

GoWaiter would like to give a Big Special Thanks!! To all of our wonderful Restaurant Partners that participated today!! Thank you Altamonte Winghouse the wings went super fast. DUH!! it's Wings from Winghouse, The AWESOME Winghouse Girls Alicia & Lena who were a lot of fun and helped out big time. Thank you Maitland NYPD Pizza the food was Amazing!! The hungry folks at EA loved it, so did The GoWaiter crew and Winghouse girls.Were also Thankful to have partners like Gateway To India and Carmela's Pizzeria both Located in Longwood. I think this is a great idea. I travel a lot with my son's hockey and a small child. By the time we get back to the room they are both to tired to go out and eat, therefore the baby is upset most of the time. Not a good experience. Can't wait till it comes to Jacksonville Florida

This will be the second time that we are ordering through GoWaiter.com. Both times we ordered from Pickles Deli & Restaurant in Longwood. I hope some day you will be able to add Olive Garden, Longhorn Steak House and Denny's to your list of restaurants to choose from.

I like it. I was able to put a note to say that I don't want bacon in my salad and I could tip the driver. I didn't see that part the first time I used this. What about adding Tilted Kilt??

Seem pretty good. Its a great idea for those people me like me that work all day and dont have time to cook. But a better selection of drinks is needed. (I'm a Pepsi drinker..lol)
